Our Story
Made by Hand, Fired with Wood
At Woodstone Pizza, every pizza starts the same way: flour, water, salt and time. Our dough is mixed fresh each morning and slow-fermented for 48 hours to build the flavour and texture that makes wood-fired pizza unforgettable.
Our oven burns at over 800°F. At that heat, a pizza cooks in under 90 seconds, blistered on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with that unmistakable char you can only get from real flame and stone.
We source as locally as we can from Fraser Valley farms, BC dairies and Canadian suppliers who share our love for real food. No shortcuts, no frozen dough, no pre-shredded cheese.
